I’m Marissa. I'm just a girl that loves to share.

I want to help women know and love God more so that we might think well and wisely about the things of this world.

I’ve been sharing what I love with the people around me for as long as I can remember, most importantly my love for Jesus and his gospel.

Jesus interrupted my life at the age of 14, and my eyes were opened to the beauty of the abundant life that is offered in his life, death, and resurrection. Since then, nothing has been the same. I want everything I do to be for his glory and the good of his people.

My favorite thing is talking about Jesus and the life and family that he offers. I love helping real women know and love him more through the study and teaching of his word and intentional discipleship, which is what I spend the majority of my time and days doing as a minister at Eastside Community Church in Dallas, TX. I also love style, travel, great food, and picking out the perfect gift. When I find something good, I can’t keep it to myself.

As a means of sharing what matters to me, I’ve dabbled in everything from blogging to podcasting to starting a newsletter. I’m thrilled to have a permanent place on the internet to point people to Christ and help them think well and wisely about the things of this world.
